The Motivations of Leakers
I don't think this is any different than the theories that have been out there on who it is, what the motivations are. I very much do not buy into the and we know who did it. That's exactly where I am to say we know, but not well enough to name the person is not a we know. He says we have a pretty good idea. But that's different from the level proof needed to name somebody.
