How Do We Deal With Bullies?

When someone is actually an effective leader by bullying it does happen. You can rule with fear but the receiver doesn't feel that they are being bullied. bullies have narcosys big traits and i think that needs to be explored. If you're not if you've never been a direct victim of anything that affects you mentally or physically then don't believe this advice.
