i think relationship building in general, we would all agree, is pretty difficult to do in a vertual aspect. And then for training also, there's so much that goes beyond just communicating through what you hear in your ears or see with your eyes on a zoom call. There's something to be said about actually getting in person training f from the people that are doing it well and in the positions that you want to be in.
