The Benefits of Alienability
I've heard this argument that the agrarian reform farmers in the dar don't have the rights. They don't have kind of, um, i think it's called titulo definiti like definitive title. Without that, you can't sell your land. And without that title, you also can't get a bank loan. So it seems like the benefit of alienability is that it helps you ultimately, you can it. If you can sell your land, you can then therefore use the land as collateral. That helps you get a bank loans, which you can then use to make investments for for the future of your am i on the right track? Yes, totally.
