Abraham Bundy fought to make his dream work here. But the Bundys didn't last too many years up here after that. Drought eventually stamped this place out. Clive and his father, Dave Bundy, moved the family to a plot of land near the Virgin River in 1948. A place claimed by Mormon pioneers unrelated to the Bundys decades earlier, Bunkerville, Nevada.
