Satyavati wanted a handsome grandson without any physical blemish. She asked Ambali Ka to go to his bedroom and have another son of him. Vyasa told the maid, You will have a great son. A son who would be the wisest and the most learned of the princess. In due course of time, the maid gave birth to a beautiful little boy, perfect in all respects. He was named Vidura. Dhritrastra Pandu and Vidura grew up together at Asthinapur.
