Journalism

Journalism used to be about calling up sources on the phone and interviewing them. But nowadays it's i think it includes finding information that's out there, that's available already, but that no one knows about. The average person doesn't have the wherewithal or resources to sift through the avalanche of information being flooded into their consciousnesses every day. So they come to rely on others who can sift through some of that and package it in a way that's comprehensible.
