I want to jump on something that you kind hof briefly mentioned, which was, no the way that the virtual events e have made parts of tech more accessible. I'm curious if, if you have sort of thoughts about building inclusive communities intact. Maybe just if it start with a general ition of what makes a community inclusive. It's not easy, but it's not as hard as people think it is.
