Are Boys More Likely to Be Excluded From School?

In the last normal academic year, nearly eight thousand children were permanently excluded from english state schools. Boys are three times more likely than girls to face this type of exclusion. Gipsy romer travellers and black caribbean children are significantly more likely than white british children to face exclusion.
