Is the C B Launching an Anti Fragmentation Tool?
An emergency meeting of the c b overnight, of course, which was called very quickly. This is to manage fragmentation. Inother they're worried about what rising interest rates are ging to do to te borrowing costs for governments in southern europe. So they're launching an anti fragmentation tool that'll do it,. i presume that just measthey're oing to buy u more sothern debt from those countries through, you know, throgh. Is that the direction? I'm trying to make what the outcome really was to day. Apart from the fat they're ging to launch this tool, whatever it does, plug it in and turn it on.
