The Battle of Deda
In 19 forty four there was a huge air effort. The original idea, as i said, had bein to bombard thad defences with heavy bombers. That was veto for various reasons. So you do see a high level of coordination. And the effort that went into protecting the fleet from leve attack was pretty successful. Losses were pretty much the same on both sides. But the air force did do extremely well.
