The White House shut down the press briefing room at 930 a.m. on Monday, forcing reporters to wait until later in the day for interviews with President Obama and Vice President Biden. CNN's Griff Jenkins says it is preposterous that any journalist would ask questions about an economic speech they know nothing about. "It just is in the binder, so she says it," he says of Corinne Jean-Pierre’s teleprompter. “We have the great binder, the great teleprompter of the United States of America."
