The Four Steps to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is being in the present, aware of what's going on in the present. Not consumed by regret or resentment and ruining things that have happened. You can do all the razzal dazzle you want in the background, but i'm not paying attention unless i think worth my focus at this moment and time. And might bring my focus down the things that i'm actually experiencing now,. What am i hearing, tasting, seeing? All those sorts of things are things that will make it to me. This says i'm not going to be driven by external events; i'm likely to be driven more by internal ones as well.
