The Importance of Non-Partisanship in Journalism
Politico has a clear place where they're trying to focus on the political spectrum. It's not like ESPN is rooting for the Yankees and against the Red Sox or something, right? Because then you lose half your audience. You never lose half. The other reason why we think non-partisan ship is so important is that it enables us to do the kind of journalism that we can do better.
