The Leader Sets the Standard for Those He Has Direct Influence Over

If he's morally and ethically bankrupt, those that he has direct influence over will also behave in the same way. The medical profession hasn't suddenly become corruptno, can only have his standards. He only has influence over those we directly influve. And eventually that is going to have to entail attacks upon institutions that are not following his, his lead.
