Do You Have Catosis?

If you are in the habit of skipping breakfast and having a lunchan and a dinner around six or seven p m, like myself, sprinkle in breakfast and a cut off window by two or three p m. A lot of people would enter catosis with that pattern. One of my clients did that just innately. She she switched from a traditional sort of 12 8, 12 to eight, eating window and and switched up to nine to five, and started losing weight again.
