The Importance of Size in the NFL

Kobe Dean is a marvelous player who felt because of injury concerns and because his size knocked him off some boards, he goes to slurp him up in the third round. He doesn't get to play in your one clear path to starting in year two. And I expect him to be a high tier starter. A high tier starters too far. You always get on me because of how much I like David Long, the linebacker previously with the Titans now with the dolphins. David Long's 5'11", right? He should not be able to play middle linebacker the way that he does.
