Stalin established the headquarters of the common form in Belgrade. That decision was perceived by the Yugoslav communist as an act of hostile espionage. The main issue expressing for Stalin the dangerous autonomy and even more influence of the Yugoslav communists among the different CPs, he says. In the first year after the split they repressed what were called the Comintianist, that is the part of their members, currents who were pro-Stalin. They send it to the Yugoslav Gulag, which was a Goli Otok, a specific island.
