Is There a Problem With Analyzing Reference Tracks?

When you look at an analysis versus the reference track in that meter and you don't see a difference, even when level matched, that's not a problem. You can't use that tool for what you're trying to use it. Me personally, i don't really groove with reference tracts. I just want to make the song feel good to my ears,. And then if i have a client, i give that to them, and we massage it till it feels good to their ears as well. Don't do anything where you've done all you've done before
