The Slow Start of President Biden's Reelection Campaign

President Biden's reelection campaign is off to a relatively slow start. He said he would report fundraising numbers two days after he launched that hasn't happened yet. The campaign manager, one of those people, isn't supposed to start until the middle of this month. They haven't held any public events but have released ads targeting suburban women and black and Latino voters.
