Restructuring an Erased Advisory Board
Re-evaluating the board membership is the key thing here. If you can't turn the advisory board's insights into action items and then get them adopted by the organization, it isn't going to improve the program. So I'd be looking at not only the membership but also the internal governments and the internal steering team as well.
