Four peritic rash and axillary lymph atnopathy may be observed after collagenase injections but are not typically seen after percutaneous needles. The most common complications of collagenase injections are edema, contusion, pain, lymphadenopathy, and skin laceration. Major complications such as complex regional pain syndrome and flexor tendon rupture are rare.
