S. Kelly: It really does feel like the softer, slower version of a communist, you know, police state where no one knows what the rules are. No one's clear about what their rights are. And at any time attempting to exercise something that you thought was just a basic constitutional right, everyone was entitled to, could immediately end up putting yourself in a situation where you're going to face years in prison without trial.
