People love stories, and people have questions. When you train in person, employees always have questions. They aren't just sitting there. And so i think it's sort of part and parcel the way humans are are a wired they want to hear what the next guy thinks,. or hear the question that they wish they would have asked, asked by someone else. The ar. We're going to provide training on the substancof, but that training is introduced by video characters who ask questions. Just like you were in a room asking a presenting the code to a group. Those questions then become the jump off point.
