Do the Russians Have the Wherewithal to Hold On?

Russia says it will rejoin the deal, allowing grain shipments from Ukraine's ports. Food supply is hugely good news for developing world. Putin knows if he tried to stop those grain shipments, there'd be US Navy destroyers up there in about five minutes. We could be coming even before winter to a flashpoint, the likes of which we really haven't seen since the Cuban Missile Crisis.
