How to Make Healthy Food Choices
A lot of times people make poor food decisions because they don't want to sit and cook and prep all their meals. I've been using this approach for like 15 years right so I'll generally have like one or two shakes a day and that's it sometimes I'll really only have like my whole food meal at dinner but you can start by just replacing breakfast or just replacing lunch with a shake. As long as you hold everything else equal you're probably going to drop your calories quite a good bit by using this approach.
