I think baseball is one of the smartest industries in the world right now. If you want to be an executive in baseball it has nothing to do with your playing background and I think it's become an incredibly bright industry and diverse dynamic young menYoung women who would love to work for Chelsea but maybe we're never given the opportunity because they didn't play the game which is a good thing.
