PCN Versus Rural PCN?
Rural and urban PCNs will have to work out how to share the resource properly. The rural one will be limited again by just size because you may be in with three or four practices, but it could be miles away from me. So actually sharing staff is still quite difficult. If they see scents and actually give PCNs the budget to just go and spend it on what they think they need to spend it on then I think it'd be a lot more flexible.
