The George Floyd family is considering a lawsuit against Ye, because he believes that George Floyd more likely died of a fentanyl overdose than from the actions of the police. If they do the lawsuit, Kanye gets to relitigate the question of the fentanyl and George Floyd system. So just the one question, was it the fentanyl or the knee? Imagine that being a new case. But what if Kanye ends up in this trial? He wouldn't ask for it, but what if he ends up in one? And he gets to try it in an unbiased place after time has gone by and the George Floyd anger is subsided a little bit.
