How Long Should It Take for an Alert to Last on Screen?

In a perfect world, you would figure out things that are like keep KPIs that are specific to you. But ultimately you do kind of have to start out with some sort of guess. The key is we don't still know of any tools that help you determine these SLAs and SLAs.
