Is China Trying to Stop Its Polluting Industry?
For a while was the phrase, green at home and black abroad. While china was trying to shut down some of its most polluting industries, it was building them in other countries. But one thing we have to remember is that China is still a very decentralized country with a lot of different interests. Some of those dirty industries have been probably pushed by the panies themselves rather than the government. And then it takes a while for the government to find out what is taking place,. Again, to be able to pull back from the negative consequences for that.
