The past 10 years probably for many, if not all industries have been what I call honeymoon times and those are over. For the young generation of founders and entrepreneurs, it's very healthy that they now, you know, have to learn to spark a more trouble water,. And I'm sure the entire industry will emerge even stronger also from the management capability standpoint. The demand curve for their capabilities is actually going up in this tough operating environment.
