The Threat of China's Advances

There is a growing recognition of this threat of being left behind by china. We continue to see the deteriorating relationship with the chinese as part of only perceptional difference on the elese, and not something like structural problem which exists between the two rising powers. For example, co operation agreement with like minded countries like australia or other quat countries for joint projects. And in case of stautups, also, i can say that te chinese tartops have been contributing a lot to the commercialization of contem technologies. Australia has taken a step to co operate with india in this direction.
