What Do You Think About Property Prices?
The long term average of property is probably round the nine % mark. Property corrections happen occasionally, and in the last 20 years they've been propberty four where we've had periods of about 18 months where house prices have come off between five and ten%. But people who are wating for property prices to rise simply because they've risen 15 or 20% could be very, very disappointed him in a year or two.
