A lot of people have said the Mar-a-Lago case is a possible surrogate case for Jack Smith. As somebody who's watched a lot of other people go down over January 6th, I imagine that doesn't sit all that well with you. It seemed like a slam dunk until I realized, you know, then you really sort of forces you to bring it there. There is just such, I think the obstacles to be overcome with the jury and with the judge are enormous.
