i was very disappointed by how the impeachment process played out during the trump administration. As you say, it was a much more partisant process than i think it needed to be. The need for speed was going to be the dominant a thing that was driving the house and it should have all been moved very quickly. But then i'm also very cross with the democrats, particularly nancy plose, and how they structured these impeachments as as partisan spectacles.
