I think the subscription should be considered as a really for all business model of selling services. It cannot be treated as a shortcut to get a recurring, recurring revenue. If you want to be successful in a subscription model, you have to give customers very easy way to exit. So it requires a completely new way of thinking of how we package our products and services. And only that can lead to the success.
