Congress has been very divided, but we've taken some steps to try and address some of the challenges of our democracy. One of the things we have just done in the Senate working in a bipartisan way is address the law that says how the transfer of power takes place from one after an election. Do you think that Trump will run again? Maggie Haberman, who's one of the best chroniclers of Donald Trump since even before he was president, said that he may have no choice. He may not win, but his back may be so far into the corner right now... And if he does, what further damage, even if he doesn't win, can he create to American democracy?
