The manatee river, which is here in the branton area, normal water level is six feet. Just overnight it got to 17 feet. The wind gusts here wa about 85 miles an hour at one time. Some parts of branton did not lose power, but i've got tell you, as you sid willy, two point five million people are still without power this morning.
