Product Managers, Product Management, Engineering Managers and Project Managers

We have three leaders, product managers, engineering manager and a project manager. We call it like what, when and how. Thei own systems, process, product road map, product direction and strategy for that. That portion of the platform gets leveraged across multiple products and surfices. I'm not going to say we're hundred percentage successful, because we're running a very large, complex, eco system globaly. But at the same time, we're able to operate and continually growing because of the culture of praerticint prartising both product and technology in one place.
