How to Cope With Anger
Rinpoche says that getting through angry moments, the more you do it, turns those moments into a source of strength. Another approach to diffuse anger is to remember that everything happens due to causes and conditions. Anger is based typically on the assumption that there is a real and stable self in the person who has wronged us; this doesn't account for their obscuration's confusion and glitches.
