Time restricted eating is a way of condensing their eating window to a consistent ten hour window. You don't have to be a shift worker to disrupt your biological clocks. Things like staying up really late and drinking, or even just having a lot of late nights snacks on a week end and then shifting back to your morning schedule can lead to social jet lag. And i think we're making life harder for ourselves with all these new things that seem to make it so much easier.
