Introduction

We're in a series called Faith Stories and we've been looking each week in Hebrews chapter 11. Joseph is mentioned, but I've decided for today's sermon to actually look at part of his story in Genesis as an example of faith. To follow God is to be on a journey of faith, to live by faith. And so when we say God never calls you to do something that you could do on your own without faith, that's certainly true in Joseph's life.
