How to Report a Distrustful Analyst at the Capitol Police Intelligence Division
Julie Farnham and Jack Donahue were rotating the responsibility, the lead responsibility for drafting intelligence assessments for the protests that were planned on January 6th. And so there's this weird starting from scratch over and over with different analysts. The reason they did this is just to assess these analysts, like how good were they at researching or writing clear assessments. But unlike past demonstrations, the leaders of the intelligence division were rotate the responsibility for writing these assessments to different analysts then depriving the new analysts who was newly given this responsibility of the work done by their colleagues.
