The Importance of Design
I want to dive into the importance of design across the board. Can you speak to that, to people who are skeptical of it? I think one example of like, why it's important or the impact of design is there was a Robinhood incident where someone lost half a million dollars and ended up taking their life because they didn't pay attention to some details. That shows us how much responsibility we have to our users in educating and making things be very clear for them.
