There was a sense in canada that the americans weren't really engaging on canadian's behalf. That changed at the end of the trum presidency, and there seemed to be a significant change tone when the bidon administration came in. But there was a period where it did feel like the us. Wasn't taking this issue seriously. Did anybody do anything wrong? The canadian ambassador that was ultimately resigned basically, you know, told the chinese language media in canADA that that yo really wished that the cans would just drop it all,. which was quite the gaff and ended ine his resignation.
