The Lord Spied Out Jericho

Rahab, the harlot and her father's household and all who belonged to her, joshua saved alive. Joshua laid an oath upon them at that time, saying, cursed before the lord be the man that raises up and rebuilds this city jericho. But the sons of israel broke faith in regard to the devoted things. They have transgressed my covenant, which i commanded them. They have taken some of the devoted things, they have stolen and lied and put them among their own stuff. I will be with you no more unless you destroy the devoted things from among you. Up sanctify the people and say, sanctify yourselves for to morrow.
