How to Give Real Feedback to Your Team
Tim, we have covered the candidate experience on both sides. Can you provide a checklist that our listeners can start to use almost immediately to help in any of these areas? Absolutely. The first is give real feedback to your team and ask them to do the same. Set a culture of continuous open feedback. Two is fire fast. If you make the wrong hire and you know that it's not fixable, let the person go quickly and do it humanly. Three, be deliberate with your interview process. Four, care more about your people than you do the company. And number five, make sure that your team understands their purpose.
