I want to make people feel less alone, right? Because I know that for a lot of people with ADHD, that they a lot of times they feel like they're the only one or they're like, wow, I can't I do why can't I work like a normal person. It's something that like, you know, like permeates my life and like impacts like, like every aspect of my life, like in so many ways. And on the other side, I feel like I've actually gotten, I've made like progress on it too,. And I feellike I've been able to manage it better than ever before.
