The first month of the pandemic, when we're all stuck indoors trying to figure out what all this means, it's when the form conspiracy theory really starts percolating up. It is being pushed by people who were already saying that this pandemic was going to be used to force vaccines on us. The very founders of this conspiracy theory are not reasonable or thoughtful. They are conspiracy theorists. There are people who just see it as a global body that they don't trust and they don't like much.
